Adding MORE to balance... ????

I have been asking myself that for a LONG time now... If I add working out and school to my already pretty full life will I feel stressed out or more balanced. I finally realized that it would make me feel more like me and that should help me balance.

A ton has happened to me in the last 2 years to get me to this decision. I have battled depression for most of my life and finally in Dec. 2009 had to DO something about it. I started some meds that at first really helped. I started a part time job to make a little $ and get a break from "mommyhood". Most importantly about Sept. I started attending a really awesome Church, Wellspring Church, and I can say that has made a huge difference for me in realizing just what I needed to do to be ME. I have been able to wean myself off the meds, organize and evaluate my life, and declutter my mind & my home... what a clear picture I have now.

So on Dec. 13th I stared the 1st day of MY year!!! I started working out, eating better, and I applied for college! I am stoked!

So does adding MORE make sense to balance??... well, for me, it surely does! My question is then what do you need to do to balance??
